Our villa is located in the by lanes of Calangute which leads to the beach. A 100 year old Goan heritage villa has been refurbished to maintain the rustic features of the home yet keep the comfort and luxury of a sea side stay. This Villa in Goa has 4 rooms, 2 tastefully done deluxe rooms which are as an outhouse with a private sitout, a premium room and a grand suite.

The rustic nature and ethnicity of the interiors and surrounding area is enriched by creating some cozy corners for guests in the lobby, extended garden, and gazebo and are common areas in the boutique property
