With spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a big balcony, the place is ideal for you to enjoy the serene side of Goa. A restaurant is available with the campus.

The ground floor opens up to a spacious living cum dining room which has a french door, with an opening to a 200 sqm private garden with blowing breeze and chirping of birds. The living room is furnished with a comfortable 8 seatersofa set, a dining table, LCD TV and all the basic amenities.

The Master bedroom is fitted with a split AC and is fully furnished with a Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. Also it is equipped with a full size wardrobe with 2 side tables with drawers. The bathroom consists of a washbasin, a western toilet and a shower area. Hot and cold water will be available 24/7. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, an inverter backup for 01 Light & 01 Fan in each room.

The kitchen consists of a fridge, a cooking stove, a microwave, a water filter and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen has an attached balcony overlooking the beautiful fields for a nice cup of tea. Moving upstairs we have a remaining bedrooms A beautiful terrace overlooking the garden ideal for your sunbathing or just an evening chill out area. Guest Access The guest can access the entire property, the common swimming pool, gym and thebeautiful garden.
