Each of the three Villa in Goa has its own individual character and setting. Each also has a luxury swimming pool, its own kitchen and attentive staff. The typical Goan 'Susegaad' atmosphere of relaxed luxury is very much evident. The villas provide the calm to enable one to kick back and unwind. The villas can be accessed easily one to the other.

The Third Place has 4 bedrooms in a more contemporary architecture, inspired by Goa and her history. It has large spacious rooms, bathrooms partially open to the sky and an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. A huge sit out deck overlooks green panoramas and the river winding below.
