This villa has a unique and glorious setting at the east end of Coco Beach, on Dolphin (Aguada) Bay. Waves from the Arabian Sea/Indian Ocean tumble onto the sea wall that separates the villa from the beach (a lively beach of fishermen, not a swimming beach). Tucked away near the calm and quiet village of Nerul, at the confluence of the Indian ocean/Arabian Sea and the Mandovi and Nerul rivers, these waters provide excellent local fishing and fresh daily fish. You may watch the locals draw in the catch from beach nets every morning or even cast for delicious pomfret or kingfish themselves (bait and tackle available upon request).

This Villa has pride of place on the property, overlooking an ancient banyan tree, the Sunrise pool, and the Arabian Sea beyond. The villa features the Trindade Suite on the first floor, our living room on the ground level, and a wrap around verandah where breakfast is sometimes served.

The original drawing room of the house, our guests come here to put up their feet and enjoy a tall, cool drink in the evenings. The master Bedroom has sea view throughout and an ocean facing step-out balcony. It has a private seating area ideal for long chats or curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee.
